Welcome to Cardro. By accessing or using Cardro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. About Cardro
Cardro is a digital profile and customer engagement platform that may allow users to create public business profiles, share contact information, manage loyalty programs, publish special offers, and interact with customers through profile sharing and related tools.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not impersonate another person or business, create misleading profiles, or use Cardro in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Cardro. This includes, without limitation:
- using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
- uploading false, infringing, abusive, or harmful content;
- sending spam or unauthorized marketing communications;
- attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the platform;
- scraping, copying, or reverse engineering the service except as permitted by law.
5. Business Profiles, Loyalty, and Offers
Business users are responsible for the content they publish, including profile information, loyalty programs, rewards, and special offers. Business users must ensure that their offers, rewards, and promotional statements are accurate, lawful, and clearly presented.
Cardro does not guarantee customer participation, redemption volume, business outcomes, or uninterrupted availability of any loyalty or offer feature.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Cardro. However, by submitting content, you grant Cardro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the service.
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
7. Google Sign-In and Third-Party Services
Cardro may allow you to sign in using Google or other third-party services. Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Cardro is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment or a subscription. If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be presented at the time of purchase or in your account settings. Failure to pay may result in loss of access to paid features.
9. Termination
Cardro may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, expose Cardro to legal liability, or misuse the service. You may stop using Cardro at any time.
10. Disclaimers
Cardro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
12. Changes to These Terms
Cardro may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of Cardro after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
